I Feel Like A Magpie Today

It may have something to do with the little men who have long overstayed their residence in my spine and yet continue to jab me in the hip with their sharp little spears. Or it may just be that chronic pain is controlled by the limbic system, which, not incidentally, also controls emotions. Which makes me want to swoop down on people and peck their skulls, all Woody Woodpecker style.

I cannot guarantee that this will do anything for your spine OR your urge to peck some skulls, but allow me to suggest a moderate dose of Arrogant Worms (ignore the fan-made vids, just listen to the music): The Last Pirate in Saskatchewan and Canada's Really Big.

Ahhh man; ( figure of speech there)
and to think I havent said a chirp (no pun intented) to you for Unfortunatly close to a year but your great friend from in the ATL says I been a avid follower of the poofygoo.
I know your better then the fact of letting the next one get to you there is no need to feel the fact that there should be a caution sign of swooping down on the next one... it is a way of life and always will be ..
there should never be negative energy but unfortunatly that is a way of life as well.
Just remember a swooping bird can and sometimes do end up getting a busted beek.
